• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any security breaches.

• Scan and Pay facilitates payment processing through QR codes and linked accounts. By using the Service, you authorize us to process payments for the specified transaction amount.

• Payments made through the Service will be processed in real-time, and funds will be deducted from your linked payment account or wallet.

• You agree to make only legitimate payments and use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

• You agree not to use Scan and Pay for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities. Any attempt to defraud or misuse the Service may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

• You are responsible for ensuring that any transactions made using Scan and Pay comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to anti-money laundering (AML), combating the financing of terrorism (CFT), and other legal obligations.

• You are responsible for the security of the device you use to access the Service. You agree to take appropriate measures to protect your device from malware, viruses, or unauthorized access.

• Scan and Pay collects personal and transaction-related data necessary for processing payments, user identification, and providing customer support.
