Terms And Condition For Agent
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Ujjawal Bharat Fintech Pvt. Ltd.and the agents
("Agent," "you," or "your") who represent and offer our financial services, including Aadhaar payment, UPI payment,
Recurring Deposits (RD), Fixed Deposits (FD), and Monthly Income Scheme (MIS).
By registering as an agent with our Company, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms
- Appointment as AgentUpon approval of your application,
you are appointed as an Agent of the Company, authorized to promote and offer our Services to customers.
Your appointment is nonexclusive, and the Company reserves the right to appoint other agents at its discretion.

Scope of Services As an Agent, you are authorized to:
Facilitate Aadhaar payments and UPI transactions on behalf of customers.
Offer and manage Recurring Deposits (RD) and Fixed Deposits (FD) services.
Promote and assist with the Monthly Income Scheme (MIS).

Agent Responsibilities Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including those related to financial services and data protection.
Integrity: You must conduct your business with integrity, ensuring that all representations made to customers are accurate and honest.
Customer Verification: You are responsible for verifying the identity of customers using Aadhaar and other valid identification methods as required by law.
Confidentiality: You must maintain the confidentiality of all customer information and data and must not share such information with unauthorized parties.
Record Keeping: You are required to maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities related to your role as an Agent.

Fees and Commissions The Company will pay you a commission based on the successful completion of transactions or services rendered. The commission structure will be provided to you upon your appointment and may be subject to change at the Company's discretion.
Any changes to the commission structure will be communicated to you in advance.

Training and Support The Company will provide you with the necessary training and support to effectively carry out your duties as an Agent.
You are required to attend any mandatory training sessions and adhere to the guidelines provided by the Company.

Termination
By the Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate your appointment as an Agent at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
By the Agent: You may terminate your appointment by providing the Company with [30] days' written notice.
Consequences of Termination: Upon termination, you must cease all activities as an Agent and return any Company property, including customer data, marketing materials, and documentation

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates,
and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses,
and expenses arising out of or related to your activities as an Agent.
